By purchasing from Krasna you agree to these terms. They exist to be read, so we kept them short.

Products & accuracy

Krasna sells gold-plated demi-fine fashion jewellery: 316L stainless steel with an 18k gold-plated PVD finish and simulated stones. We do not sell solid gold, hallmarked or precious-metal jewellery, and never represent our pieces as such — nor our stones as natural diamonds. Product images are illustrative; minor variation in tone is normal across screens.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Payment is processed securely by PayU (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets); an order is confirmed only when payment succeeds. Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled with a full refund.

Warranty

One year against plating failure under normal wear, from delivery date, with proof of purchase. Remedy is replacement of the same or equivalent piece. Excluded: loss, theft, chlorine exposure, abrasion by cleaning agents.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under Indian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Chandigarh hold jurisdiction.
