Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
Mode: every refund is issued to your original payment method (the UPI ID, card or bank account you paid with) — we never issue store-credit-only refunds.
Duration: refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days of the qualifying event — a cancellation before dispatch, or our quality check after a returned piece is picked up — and typically reach your account within 5–7 business days of initiation, depending on your bank.
Returns follow our 7-day easy-returns promise: unworn pieces in original packaging, reported within 7 days of delivery. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.
Cancellation Policy
Duration: you can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched — for most orders that means within roughly 24 hours of placing it. Once a piece has shipped, the order moves to the returns process instead.
How: write to care@krasnajewels.com from your order email with the order number, or reply to your order-confirmation email. Paid orders that are cancelled receive an automatic refund per the policy above, with an email confirmation.
Unpaid orders whose payment was never completed release automatically — no charge, nothing to do.
