Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to run a jewellery store well: your name, contact details and delivery address to fulfil orders; your order history to honour warranties; and your email preferences if you join the list.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not store card numbers — payment is processed entirely by PayU, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider — we never see or store your card or UPI credentials, only a payment confirmation.

Cookies & storage

Your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a refresh — functional storage the site needs to work.

Advertising

We use the Meta Pixel so our advertising on Instagram and Facebook reaches the right people and so we can tell which ads actually lead to orders. It tells Meta which pieces you viewed, added to cart or bought, along with the order value. It does not receive your name, address or payment details. You can opt out in your Meta ad preferences, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser — the store works normally either way.

Your rights

Email care@krasnajewels.com to access, correct or delete your data. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax law.
