Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to run a jewellery store well: your name, contact details and delivery address to fulfil orders; your order history to honour warranties; and your email preferences if you join the list.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not store card numbers — payment is processed entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider — we never see or store your card or UPI credentials, only a payment confirmation.

Cookies & storage

Your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a refresh. We use only functional storage necessary for the site to work.

Your rights

Email care@krasnajewels.com to access, correct or delete your data. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax law.
