Shipping

Orders placed before 2 pm IST on business days dispatch the same day; all others within 24 hours. Delivery estimates: metro cities 2–4 business days, rest of India 4–7. Tracking is emailed at dispatch.

Shipping is free on orders of ₹1,499 and above. Below that, a flat ₹99 applies — shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Returns

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Pieces must be unworn and in the original Krasna box with the pouch and cloth. Start a return by emailing care@krasnajewels.com with your order number; pickup is arranged within 48 hours.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the piece passing inspection. Earrings can be returned only if the hygiene seal is intact.

Exchanges

Size exchanges on rings and bangles are free once per order — same piece, different size, subject to stock.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement immediately, return not required first.
